HEALTHY SNACK BAGS
During the school year Healthy Snack Bags are assembled by our Sunday School Students, parents and teachers for children who come to Hephatha for After School Programming.
MEALS FOLLOWING WORSHIP
At least twice a year, St. Luke's serves a hearty meal following Worship & Sunday School at Hephatha. Volunteers are asked to attend worship, cook, and serve. We generally are also able to feed up to 50 homeless or families in transition.
DONATIONS
Winter Coats, hats and mittens, underwear and socks are donated. During the Pandemic we have been doing this with the help of virtual technology. People sign up online for specific items and we "package" them by the youth, then by the family.
SCHOOL BACKPACKS
This annual event provides children with the basic school supplies and a brand new backpack to start their school year. Over 20 backpacks each year are given to Hephatha for distribution.
